cutty.dev devlog #4 — marathon of 7 PRs pre-launch

Marathon. A one-day pre-launch sprint for cutty.dev. Seven pull requests, 173 files changed, ~46,000 inserts. The site is finally launch-ready for June 3, 2026.

What went in today

• T&C checkbox on /signup across all 12 locales — compliance gap closed. Per-locale links to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Pricing 3-tier grid: Free (active, everything now), Pro (Coming Soon), Team (Coming Soon). No specific dates — we’ll roll them out when there’s traffic.
• 4 new pages × 12 locales: /about, /faq with FAQPage JSON-LD (10 Q&A), /contact with form (honeypot + rate-limit 3/IP/h), /changelog with 5 versions (BreadcrumbList schema).
• Blog extended: RSS 2.0 feed + JSON Feed 1.1 (autodiscovery for Feedly/NetNewsWire), BlogPosting schema, EN translation of the welcome post.
• Footer "Company" linking to new pages in all 12 locales.
• Sitemap.xml expanded from 109 to 171 URLs. Hreflang for every new page × 12 locales.
• Fixed 60 routes: 10 locales (de/fr/es/it/cs/ro/nl/ar/zh/pt) had 404s on /signup, /login, /dashboard, /account-deleted, and dashboard subpages. Added thin wrappers.
• vitest CI with 52 test cases (url.ts SSRF protection, oauth.ts provider config, utm.ts visitor intent). GitHub Actions workflow.
• Cross-linking pricing/docs/privacy → /faq and /contact for discoverability of new subpages.
• Ollama sync 11/11 locales translated 78 new keys into native translations (NL, AR with RTL, ZH, PT, RO, CS, IT, ES, FR, DE, EN).

• IndexNow ping — 111 new URLs submitted to Bing/Yandex priority crawl.

• Review 6 pending Polish blog drafts (Why short links in 2026, Why hosting in the EU, 12 languages LIVE, Security with password, Branded endpoints, Auto-prefix URL, Tech stack decisions) — select 2-3 to publish.
• Setup ProductHunt scheduled post (deadline T-3 = 05/31).
• Twitter thread, LinkedIn Page post, FB Page post — finalize copy.
• Polish PR pitch to 5 tech sites (justjoin.it, antyweb, spider's web, wykop, 300gospodarka).
• Outreach pack: ~150 portals from 12 countries + 12 personalized message templates in local languages (left for launch day).
• Daily Telegram reminder at 10:00 CET — specifying exactly what needs to be done each day, both on the user side and by Claude autonomous.
